Consistency is Key

My main goal is to inspire and motivate my students. Maintaining a calm composure with a warm demeanor throughout each day is pivotal to achieving this goal. Being fair and consistent is key. This means developing routines and holding my students to the same standard on Day 1 as Day 45.

My Four Rules:

2. Raise Hand

3. Be Kind to Self & Others

4. Practice Volume Control

Showing my students that I respect the art room by keeping it clean and tidy promotes my expectations that they will do the same. The combination of a consistent classroom management plan, a steadfast belief in my students, and a sunny personality is the winning formula. The aim is to develop independent and curious learners.
